Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to:
Provide accurate billing information
Pay all fees associated with your plan
Allow recurring billing for subscriptions (unless canceled)
Prices and plans may be updated with prior notice.
We offer refunds only under specific conditions as outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are available if the software does not function as promised and a request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
You agree not to:
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, pornographic, or violates privacy
Share malware or attempt to compromise the platform’s security
Use Cloudarry for spamming or distributing unauthorized files
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All content, trademarks, and software on Cloudarry are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or on our website.
